The barrier responds to a command but falls all the way to the ground (Overtravel state). It should stop at about 100 mm (4") off the ground (Unlocked State).
One likely cause for this problem is a failure in the torque clutch that is located in the PowerPod Cowling. Another is that the slide latch does not lock the slide properly. |
